Please note that our changeover days are Monday and Friday only and dogs and children are welcome.
Rates are listed are for 7-night stays, but we welcome 3-night weekend stays (Fri-Mon) and 4-night midweek stays (Mon-Fri). Short-stays are charged at 75% of the weekly rate. A £15 booking charge applies.
We charge 25% at the time of booking with the balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival. We also charge a security deposit of £200 which will be refunded within a few days of checkout.
Check in is from 4pm (arrive as late as you like!), check out is 10am. Please note we do not allow smoking or vaping in the house.
